These terms are offered by Antonio Martinez Guerola, a self-employed person in Spain. Support and notices: privacy@storycraft.kids. Effective 17 September 2026. Spanish law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer rights where they apply.
Using Storycraft Kids
The app helps families create illustrated stories and narration with AI. Adults should supervise use and review generated content before sharing it with children. AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable; the service does not promise educational or therapeutic outcomes.
Photos and submitted content
Only provide material you have the right and necessary permissions to use, including permission for photographs of other people. Do not submit unlawful or harmful content. You keep your family material; we only process it as needed to provide the service (including sending a compressed photo to the backend and an AI image provider for character creation).
Credits and purchases
Some app features use credits available through in-app purchases. Review the price and product details shown in the app store purchase screen. Billing and refund requests follow the relevant store’s procedures and applicable consumer rights. Failed generations are handled in the app according to the credit ledger (including refunds on terminal failure where implemented). Credit packs do not expire on a published schedule in the current product.
Availability and accounts
Generation depends on network access and third-party services and may fail or take time. Account deletion is available in the parental area and starts cleanup of known saved stories, characters and files; unused credits and nested or provider-held data may not all disappear at once. We may restrict an account if needed to protect the service or other users.
Changes and disputes
We may update these terms; the effective date will change when we do. For disputes, Spanish courts have jurisdiction except where mandatory consumer rules give you another forum. Limits of liability cannot exclude liability that Spanish or EU law does not allow to be excluded.
