STORYCRAFT KIDS
Terms
Draft status and operator
These are proposed terms for development review, not a new agreement in force. Operator name, tax identifier, professional address, support contact, effective date and applicable jurisdiction details are PENDING.
Using Storycraft Kids
The app helps families create illustrated stories and narration with AI. Adults should supervise use and review generated content before sharing it with children. AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable; the service does not promise educational or therapeutic outcomes.
Photos and submitted content
Only provide material you have the right and necessary permissions to use, including permission for photographs of other people. Do not submit unlawful or harmful content. Final terms must specify the limited processing permissions needed to provide the service, without assuming ownership of a family’s material.
Credits and purchases
Some app features use credits available through in-app purchases. Review the price and product details shown in the app store purchase screen. Billing and refund requests are subject to the relevant store’s procedures and applicable consumer rights. Credit expiry, failed-generation handling and any additional commercial conditions must be confirmed before publication.
Availability and accounts
Generation depends on network access and third-party services and may fail or take time. Account deletion is available in the app. Final terms must clarify the effect on saved stories and unused credits, support procedures, and any proportionate account restrictions.
Before these terms go live
Complete operator and support details, content permissions, consumer-rights wording, responsibility limits, dispute procedures and notice of changes. Review these terms against the actual app and store agreements before publishing or linking them from the app.
